The Amazon.com Discussion Boards get-together, held on August 20, 2006 at the Algonquin, was a blast. People finally got to associate faces and voices with names on Cyber space. I was wondering where you were, doll. Everything OK? Were you on vacation? I'm doing fine, now suddenly I'm in demand, everyone wants to involve me in their projects. My friend Carol has proposed a possible cable TV show (she works at NBC), featuring yours truly as a kind of male Vampira, hosting old horror movies.

How are you doing? How's mum, BTW? And your BF? I saw his beautiful pics on LJ...

Were all good thanks, mum was made redundant about a month ago and is still looking for work but shes ok, and raven, well hes just wonderful as always!!! He was helping to deliver puppies yesterday with his sister, unfortunatly two of the died :(

I'm OK, David is in Georgia visiting a friend, so I'm a bachelor for a few days! I did a lot of work around the apartment (painting, getting rid of stuff, etc), and am selling a lot of stuff on Ebay (mostly David's, he finally got around to going thru his piled-up stuff), and am planning on starting a new painting this fall. I'm going to Biloxi in November for a week, so that should be fun...I will be turning 50 you know! The dogs are fine, Rags is doing great, she's incredibly spry and chipper for 14. We will be attending the Renaissance faire again next weekend.

I hope this horror show takes off, it would be a camp if I became a celebrity (albeit a rather minor one) at the age of 50!
