(no subject)
today was a nice day...=)
first of all...jennifer, tadashi, and i had to go out and do something as a reward for our time put into physics. so i left it to jenn and tadashi to figure out when and where...since they have to work and i don't. >_<
jenn called me the other day and tells me, "we're having lunch thursday at 'joe's crab shack'". instead of her and i driving separately, i decided that i'll pick both her and tadashi up. this morning, jenn calls me asking when i was leaving to pick them up. i didn't call tadashi to let him know of when i'm picking him up, so she said that she'll call and check up on him.
one sec later...
she calls back and tells me that his phone is turned off. -_- so i told her that i'll head over to his house and see if he remember. i ring the doorbell...and tadashi comes to the door and says very groggy,
him: julie...what are you doing here??
me: did you forget what day it is? it's thursday..
him: we're suppose to have lunch friday. did she tell you that we're having lunch today??
me: yeah.
him: we'll it's suppose to be lunch at noon
me: *looks at watch* well what do you know...it's noon!
him: *looks at my watch*
me: well jenn's ready and i'm ready...so get dress and let's have lunch today.
so he gets ready...and then tells me that he has to talk to jenn privately. =T?? so i waited inside my car...still thinking that i'll be picking jenn up. he comes out and hands his phone to me and jenn tells me that she's heading over and that she'll drive. that was ok with me. =)
she arrives and instead of going to 'joe's crab shack', we head off to redondo pier to have lunch. it was a nice lunch with them...even though our server forgot us. lol. we got to see the beach at least. *^^* when the bill arrived, tadashi took my wallet away and sat on it. -_- great. both him and jenn ended up treating me to lunch since i'll be leaving soon. thanks you guys! =)
after lunch, we toured pv and pointed catalina island out to jenn. she thought it was a cloud...haha. =P good times good times. we were actually looking for some cove...i forgot the name...but we never made it there and i wasn't much help. i didn't know where we were going! oh well...nice scenic route. =)
once we got back to tadashi's house, they told me that we're going out for lunch again tomorrow. =T jenn said that we're meeting at noon...but then tadashi goes, "no we're meeting at 12:30". ok...i asked why we're going to lunch again...and jenn said "well tadashi is soo stupid that he made reservations for tomorrow...so we have to go". =T ok. at first, jenn was going to pick me up...then she wasn't...then i was going to pick up tadashi...but then i'm not. in the end...i am to go to 'joe's crab shack' by myself while jenn and tadashi goes together.
oh well...
lunch again tomorrow! =) with them it's always a good time. haha...i'm gonna miss them soo much!
we're gonna celebrate new year's tomorrow (haha) since my brother will be leaving after breakfast on new year's day. so i guess i'll be missing out on some of the celebration. =T but my mom said it was ok for me to go for lunch...since there'll be plenty of leftovers for the next day. later tomorrow night, we're going to the new house that our neighbors moved into to celebrate new year's.
overall..tomorrow is going to busy but fun. =) lots of food...lots of people...good times. *^^*
