So this is it, my artwork for episode 1.16 "Shadow". Always loved that episode so much, Meg was/is one of the best villains ever, loved the MOTW and, of course, it's the first time we see John together with the boys... How can you not love that? I know John isn't really a favorite character for a lot of people (which I find really sad) but

These pieces are masterfully done and they convey so much beauty and emotion. Sigh...I'd love to be able to learn the art of banner and icon making!

You know, I couldn't even tell you how exactly I got into banner and icon making, most of the time I just experiment with the different colors and tools and try to do stuff that I think might look good. I never know how a pic will look after I'm done with it so I'm kinda surprising myself all the time. ;) I'm SO glad you like it!!

Lovely work! I loved this episode. Looking at these makes me realise how young the boys were. Sam was just so much more innocent.

That's it, exactly, Sam is so friggin YOUNG in it, couldn't stop thinking about that! Season 1 is actually the season I love most if it comes down to Sammy's looks so I just LOVE watching it again and again! Thank you so much! :)

Why are Winchesters even more beautiful when they're bloody? I especially like the banner with John and Sam hugging. I adored that moment in S1 (and I still mourn that they killed John off!!).

I was thinking the exact same thing, why do they look so cute-- beatiful if they are beat up? Have no idea, really. Yeah, the hug is my fav as well, you know how I feel about John and the show treating him so we're on the same side on this! Thank you! :)

Thank you so much, it wasn't really hard to find the right pics since those really are my favorite scenes from that episode! Could (and have) watch(ed) them over and over again! I'm so happy people like the banners! *is happy*
