Whatever is after Sammy won't really allow him to have a break from everything, but we'll see about easing the tension... ;) And yeah, he is a poor puppy, isn't he?

Thanks for reading!

That was really great. I'm intrigued about where this is going. Plus the Sam h/c is awesome :D :D :D

Yeah, the update took a little long, I'm so relieved that Ghost had about half of what I'd written saved on her computer so I didn't lose that, too.

Glad you're liking the h/c, I wasn't sure if there was enough comfort for all Sam had to go through... ;)

Thank you!

Love the updates, thanks so much for not giving up on this story. :-) Wow, that would stink to loose what you'd written- I've had that happen before. :-(
And this line, "including the incident with the nightgown and the rubber duck," totally made my lol for real. :-)

It does, it really and truly does, I've had three one-shots I was working on occasionally which I hadn't sent to my beta so they are really and truly gone... :( I'm kind of obsessed with doing backups for my work now, so maybe it was a good thing that happened for later stories...

I have no idea what that incident was about, maybe I get the boys to tell me... ;)

So glad you liked it! :)

Yes, I've found backups to be a very wonderful thing after spending hours through the night once trying to make sense of my sketchy original notes after losing my second, fleshed out draft. :-(

"I have no idea what that incident was about, maybe I get the boys to tell me... ;)" hehe :-)

I'm really enjoying this fic! It's a great premise. I love the exploration of Sam and John's relationship. And I love that Dean isn't pushed aside or conveniently removed in the process of that exploration. Wonderful stuff!

Thank you so much, words like yours help me so much when I have to fight my way through their stubborn heads and get them to do what I want... ;) Glad you're enjoying it!
