Some Lighter Tones For A Change

If any of you have read through my interests you will see that I am a Spider-man fan. And as such thanks to a very kick ass co-worker of mine, I got to see the sneak preview of the sequel last night. If you are a comic fan and do like the comic movies then you should all know that once again Sam Raimi has blown the doors off the competition. It ( Read more... )

I was pleased to see Dr Connors and I doubt most of the people there know who he becomes. I hope they have someone cool to play Venom. I don't want to see that role tarnished at all. It has to be someone just right for the role. The chick play the spidey song cracked me up too.

Guten Nacht. I followed links from brian_gray's LJ and decided to read yours. You seem like an interesting person from the things I read. I specifically found two things intriguing, 1) You made a reference to Hamlet - Something is rotten in the state of Denmark and 2) the title of one of your entries might be a reference to a Bob Dylan song, I'm not sure if that is just a coincidence. Anyways, I would like to add you to my "amigos" list. If you dont want me to, I will refrain from doing so and my feelings will not be hurt nor will I cry myself to sleep tonight...but I would like to add you. That's all I have to say.

WOW!!! That was so great. I finally saw Spider-Man last night and it was much better than I expected. Much more emotional. The pay phone confession to MJ was great, the tea time w/Aunt Mae- a real tear jerker, and also the Uncle Ben thing just killed me. I am almost to the point where I do not hate Kristen Dunst either. She was much better than the first one. Doc Oc was the coolest ever, but I fear the return of the goblin getup with the iminent change of Harry Osborne to Green Goblin. That was a piss poor costume in the first movie and I will not tolerate it in the third. I do have to agree with Mikk that Willem Dafoe is an odd face and make up would have done just fine but unlike his predecessor, James Franco is way too hot to ugly up so it will require some work. Hey Mikk, grow your hair out, you look just like that kid ( ... )

And another kewl little ditty from a mystery wrapped inside an enygma. *grin* Glad to hear there are still comic fans out there! Maybe the third will just be a super hot show down with two villians, maybe they will not take the Harry version of the goblin into the third one. In the comic story line it took a while for Harry to figure all that out and he was a good guy dealing with the company and such. So I am really hoping they skip past it all. Have to do my geeky little research and find out what they have in mind for the third. Until later then...

No enygma or mystery here, just Rosie. I fear I am not among the cool such as yourself to have my own username. Besides I am way to inconsistent to keep one up on a regular basis, which I am impressed you have done so far. Here's a question for you- since you don't return phone calls =) - what was that website you got your movie info from for the first Spiderman? And have you heard anything on the Batman movie? Besides that Christian Bale is slated to play Bruce Wayne.
