stupid cats... one of the cats is in heat. and just.. rolling around, yallering and chirping... she's driving me CRAZY. now, the only male cat we have is fixed, but apparently, this is driving HIM crazy too, so he keeps TRYING to hump her, but failing miserably

i love you too! a lot of people i know are very happy for me that i've quit. i'm happy for me too.

the thing is, i don't have all these positive effects jumping out at me that a lot fo smokers-gone-non-smoker say you will get. "oh, i can SMELL everything! i can TASTE everything! i can tell the difference in my breathing!" i can't. i really really can't. the only difference i notice is that i can smell smoke on people a bit (and i do mean a bit) more easily than i could before, but then, i could always smell stale smoke on people.

it really is more difficult for me, because i don't feel any different than i did when i was smoking. not a bit. except like that chick on the commercial, my hair smells fruity, like my shampoo.

it's a strugle, really. a constant thing. i'm not going to start smoking, but i wish i could at least feel a difference. you'd think i'd feel/smell/taste a difference by now...
