Well, my granda died today. I never really knew him all that well, though I stopped with him and my gran pretty much every week when I was a kid, he was always a bit of an enigma. I do know that its hit me quite hard, I loved him, there was no doubting that at all, and Im going to miss him badly

I went through the same type of thing a couple years ago, when my grandma died. It was the first time someone close to me had died, and even though she'd been sick for a while, it was a shock. And the worst was that she was survived by my grandpa, who I knew loved her very much. And he just tried to not fall apart, and be strong for US!

Hope to talk to you soon, and I hope you feel better. He is most definitely in a better place, and what's more, he's whole again. Cry all you want, and then be happy that he's happy, because I know he is. Love you man. *hugs*

Hey hun, I know exactly what you are going through. I have lost all of my grandparents and as you know i lost my Dad 18 months ago. I know it doesnt sound like much right now, but it will get better. Try not to dwell on the last few months of his life. They werent his best. Try and remember the good times that you used to have with him. But you know where I am if you need to talk. And when we get back to uni, we'll meet up :)
