Yeah, me too. Im starting to think that something MUST be broken in there, cos its absolute agony most of the time and its nowhere near as swollen as it would be if it was sprained.

As for Darcy, I dont see how a rude but ultimately kind-hearted toff is more of an interesting character, nor explainable brooder than a 250 year old vampire cursed by gypsies to never reach even a single moment of perfect happiness and to live his life seeking redemption for his past wrongs. :p.
