Back in January I had a few money problems and had to scramble to pay rent, then try to live extra-frugally for a couple of weeks. At some point during this time I downloaded a song from Amazon. 1 song only, I figured I'd be just fine. My card got suspended when I was traveling back from Christmas. I swiped it at the gas station, at one of those little vacuum things so that I could clean all the sand out of the rental car. I didn't use change, because I needed all my quarters for the toll roads to get to the airport. That charge was also a dollar.

Apparently, it is very common to do small transactions to test cards before using them for other things. The vacuum things are apparently very common targets, according to the lady at the card company.

Maybe buying Amazon MP3s is another way people do that kind of thing? Odd that they say that the weird charge was Google and not Amazon though. I wouldn't believe Amazon would be commonly used, but I could believe that random App Marketplace could be.

Do you update your page on FanFiction.Net or is it abandoned? I would like to see your fan fiction finished.

I'm still working on Girl's School, though I haven't written anything since November.

When I do finally get to the point where I can publish the next chapter, I should have multiple chapters to publish. But I don't know when I'll manage it.

Anything else, I'm not really working on, though I wouldn't say I've *completely* abandoned any of the other continuing stories.
