Well... my url registration runs out tomorrow. I was going to hook my old hard drive up to the new computer and try and find my original log in information in my old e-mail... I never did transfer it over... but it looks like my computer doesn't allow me to hook up two SATA drives. At least, not that I can tell.

So I guess that's that.

Sometimes you have to go into the bios and enable the other SATA controllers. Everything but Sata0 is disabled by default on all the systems I've seen in the last couple of years. It is a bit annoying to have to go in and do that.

Well I may not know what I'm doing (certain of that) but I didn't see where there was more than one plug for a SATA... the main HD is SATA, and the one I want to slave or use as a secondary is SATA.

If you don't renew your webpage, try finding another place for Muyami Academy and other fan fiction. I think that a free web should be enough a I would like to be able to read it somewhere.

Well, I still have most of it up at Fanfiction.net.

Dunno what I plan to do just yet about the web page now though.

May I download your fanfics to archive them if I find them on the web?
I have found that most of your fan fiction has been archived by web.archive.org but Muyami Academy and some pictures don't seem to have been archived.

I don't care if you archive them... but if it's not up at Fanfiction.net, then I don't actually know about it being anywhere else.

I've found that unless they are in a RAID pairing you have to have a different header on the motherboard for each SATA drive. Some board manufacturers might have fixed that but I haven't seen it yet. The header is the little L shaped connector the wire hooks to.

I hope you have the web site fully backed up so you don't lose any of the information even if you do end up letting the domain name expire.

Speaking of Fanfiction.net your last update there was back in April 2010 or December if you count profile updates. Could this drive situation also be contributing to that lapse?

There isn't anything that was on the web site that i don't have backed up somewhere.

There are 3 things that I need to do before I start posting Girls School chapters again. (And I'm not really working on any other fanfic). 1. I need to rewrite a couple of scenes in the next chapter 25 because right now the characters seem too emotionless for what's going on. 2. I need to finish rewriting parts of chapters 27 and 28 to make what Ranma goes through a little more palatable and more in-character. I think I know how to do that, just haven't written it yet, but basicially rewrite a few scenes. After that I could probably publish chapters 25-28. (Chapter 28 is REALLY long, maybe I should split it in two). 3. I need to finish chapter 30. At that point, I have chapters 31 and beyond written and everything will link together. But there's a lot of chapter 30 left to write....

I attributed the emotion in that part to shock after the near death situation with Gua Gua and then Genma's situation... To really see more emotion than what I saw in the bit you let me see I'd think you'd need to expand to show more of the cast. Um if I wasn't suppose to mention it though maybe you can delete this comment.

Your webpage can be found at http://web.archive.org/web/20071103114922/http://www.postalvalhalla.com/ but Muyami Academy seems to be missing there. I could find only its front page. The completed chapters can be found on fanfiction.net but there were some extra resources like a character guide on the webpage. You could create a free webpage for that.
