Philippines, oh how I love you, but doing this will be an utter failure. It's okay to put taxes on cigarettes and wine, but putting huge taxes on "non-educational" books? SERIOUSLY? Mikooooo!! I'm so happy!! The president removed the book blockade thingy! For all her darth-vader-like tendencies, I love her now!

And come home soon. D: Rescue me!! D: I tried sharing this issue with my faction mates and they manage to turn a discussion about books into a discussion about porn. I need someone sane to talk to! lol.
