inspired by my lost-ness

As of now I am pretty sad and lost, which I guess I used as an inspiration of sorts for english homework. We had to write a poem that uses alliterative verse (anglo-saxen type stuff, old-english poetry, think beowulf). It started pretty sad but turned out to be what I think is funny, as you don't know what the guy is talking about until the end,
