Does it make me a bad daughter/person if I wished my mother would just die? I'm sick of all the mental and emotional abuse she feels the need to put me through. I don't think you are a terrible person sweetie. Not everyone is worthy of being a parent, but that doesnt' stop them from procreating. I'm just glad we got you out of the whole thing.
I know very well how terribly hard it is, how much it effects your relationship with all family members, and how much it disrupts your life. This sounds cheesy, but I'm a big believer that you have two families: the one you are born into and the one you make. A lot of people disagree, but I personally don't think the family you are born into deserves loyalty after the way you've been treated. *hugs*
