Place your tongue between your pursed lips. Hold your lips together tightly over your tongue. Exhale, releasing enough lip pressure as you do so to barely allow the air to leave your mouth. The resulting sound is a prolonged consonant somewhere between the "t" that results from pulling your tongue from the back of your upper front teeth while exhaling through your mouth and the "p" or "b" sound that results from separating your closely shut lips while exhaling through your mouth.
