So I wanna loose some wight , not mush, just enough that I feel light, and no longer consider 3 floors the Himalayans.

So current sizes:
weight: 57 (125 pounds)  
bust: 86 cm (34 inches)
waist: 66 cm (26 inches)
hips: 96 cm (38 inches)
height not gonna change but just to have things in perspective: 162 cm (5'4)

Yes I'm thin and yes I'm fat depending on your view on how someone should look.
I know I'm still in the healthy category but getting close to unhealthy, so I think that since I'm onlu 24 I should start taking better care.
No more fast food (ok maybe once a month if and only if with friends). Pizza or shaorma do not count as fast food in my book, and popcorn at the movie because otherwise it's boring.
Also maybe I should take a friend's example and start yoga, because I used to be quite elastic in high-school and now I'm stuck like a broken clothes hanger.
K enough embarrassing myself.
