 Man there is nothing like trying on and taking pictures of costumes in progress to remind you to stay on a diet and exercise!  Good grief I need to get  into better shape!

You look great! Pfft, wish I could lose enough weight to be as "chubby" as you are. Although I know from experience that red batwing hoodie can make anyone feel like you look enormous.

Good price on the cane, how far off is the color?

The cane I saw was all black but, other then the color, correct.

That's a great price, I'd so go for it. You can always save the receipt until you use it, return it if you find something you like better.

Should be easy enough to refinish the shaft of the cane to aluminum look if it really bothers you, and most likely no one would even notice the plastic being the wrong color. I've refinished tons of plastic goggles to look like aluminum, happy to give tips if you should need any.

We're going to have to have a Sherlock meet-up at DC, and get a picture with the sign on Baker Street.

I got the jeans on clearence at Target.For sure on the meet up, you should come to the brit track costume panel, there is a great group that comes in their Life on Mars costumes.
