Really? How cool! This Quan Yin was almost my height, so maybe 4 1/2 feet tall. She was on a bit of a pedestal so I could actually see eye-to-eye with her. I loved that. I want a near life-size goddess of mercy perched benevolently in my garden.

They are lovely. Thanks. I would need to budget for that kind of cost, so it's going to be a ways away. The beauty in my picture is actually cast ceramic with a glossy white glaze, so I have a lot of faith there are more of her out there in the universe. I wish I'd taken a closeup of her face. Her expression is so peaceful and loving that I couldn't help but feel the same. I love art that works like that on me.
There's a statuary shop out 99 that might have one. They have all kinds of good garden art. There's also a statue maker at the coast that you might able to commission one from. He works with Hypertuffa, not as expensive as other materials.
