You can so do this and coming home at a reasonable time and eating dinner and writing thank you notes are all good signs that you're taking care of yourself.

Thanks! I'm on spring break right now, so that's the main reason why I'm much less stressed. But I'm trying to make rules for myself, and cooking an actual meal twice a week (instead of eating leftovers) is one of them!
