Yay! Hyuuga stuff, even though Neji has a rather awkward exposition moment wherein he decides mid-fight to clarify for Hinata they are two comrades and not two Houses.

I'm pretty sure that was Hiashi talking to Hizashi. It was kind of an awkwardly put together page, but what I saw was this:

Hiashi told Hizashi that Neji and Hinata were fighting together, then we flash to a brief scene of them fighting back to back again wherein Hinata asks Neji if he is okay and he says he is. Then we flash to Hiashi saying it's not about the branch house protecting the main house but about comrades, etc. The exchange between Neji and Hinata serves to prove the point to the audience before Hiashi makes it. Hinata (of the Main House) asks Neji (of the Branch House) if he is okay rather than the reverse. If things were like what Hizashi was expecting it would have been the other way around, with the Branch House member asking after the Main House member and fighting to protect her rather than the two of them working together.

Also, Neji has layers of hair around his face and doesn't have lines around his mouth like Hiashi does.

Well, I knew who Neji was and who Haishi was, but maybe I was confused as to who the talking-boxes belonged to? Sounds like a voice over with Hiashi Narrating from what you said, and that makes more sense.

But the speech bubbles are clearly pointing to Hiashi in the bottom left panel on page 12 (on mangastream).
