I see where it's OOC. I'm pretty sure Fakir uses paper. Parchment has been far too expensive for centuries, except at Hogwarts.

LOL. This is so wrong, but in spite of myself I am amused. I still can't believe that stupid line got into the English dub. It deserves to be made light of in the most ridiculous way possible. I love the nonsense of Fakir having repeatedly written to the President in the past. And his letter is so preposterous while he's completely serious.
