I am a huge sucker for happy Daniel and mellow Vala. Daniel being almost unrecognizable do to the smiling and easy laughter was one of my favorite parts. Really enjoyed the one big happy family feel and the unwritten promise that their lives only get richer with time.

I feel bad not having known for a good 2 weeks or so that you've finished this. But still...
This story is so embedded into my brain that whenever I think of Daniel/Vala, I'll always remember your story. It was just so touching and so well-written that how could I seriously forget something as good as this? I remember I cried a couple times last night/early this morning when I was rereading it all again. I just...I honestly dunno how much more praise I could give this because it's just so good. Thank you, really, for making this. You are a GOD.
