And hopefully he'll take the opportunity to take a look at himself and decide if he wants to make a change.
And look at it this way, the guy sounds like he was a dick and yet you're feeling bad about giving him the verbal double orechotomy he most likely deserved, that just shows you're a better person than he is. I doubt he ever felt remorse for heckling someone else.
