I agree with you in a major way. Obama made a few mistakes on the campaign trail, but I trust him much more than I trust Hillary. I think she would be a good VP candidate in his administration though. The only thing I'm worried about is that a lot of people's subconcious racism might come out in their voting, and they choose the "comfort vote" of what they are used to. ie.. some old white dude.

People have proven to vote stupidly because of fear... look at the last election... the first time around Bush was not voted in but stole the election, the second time people were morons and he didn't have to.

Thanks for the comments....

EZ.... Vegas was purely a relaxation endeavour for us! It was a good time, and we got a lot of rest. Good stuff.

Myk: Yeah, I think there will definitely be a racism factor for some, maybe 10 or 15% in the election with Obama. Probably the same factor would have existed for Hillary, with 10 or 15% being sexist, and another 10 or 15% simply anti-Clinton. At least Barack isn't a Clinton! hehe

Hopefully, though, the amount of of excitement Obama has generated will outweigh those idiots out there who won't vote for him because he's black, or because they think he's a Muslim, or whatever.
