Just had the first customer of the morning, remembering we are an on-line company, we have just had a kid get a train from norfolk to leeds to pick up his X360, this is quite a feat especially as we could have sent it to him for today by courier for only about £8.00

Despite the fact I can get the basic package £80 almost $160 cheaper I am not getting one on principle, of course if anyone can point-out which principle, I just might get one to find out why its been a pain in our collective arses for the last 3 days.
