[9/14] Friday Morning, Ferry Docks
Kaname woke up to a very distressing email Friday morning. Apparently her headstrong little sister, Ayame, had had it with life in New York with her father and was leaving. Leaving to come here. Here to Milieux. This morning. On the ferry. She very nearly fell out of the chair when she got that part. Her younger sister was twelve! Yes, Kaname had offered to put her up if things at home worsened but what the Hell could Ayame have been thinking doing things so short notice?! The blue haired girl didn't even bother to grab so much as an umbrella in her haste as she ran out the door, tore out of the dorm building, and sprinted in the direction of the ferry docks through the falling rain.
When she reached her destination, she mentally cursed herself for not checking her mail sooner, then checked her watch and swore aloud. The boat her sister said she'd be on had been scheduled to arrive 20 minutes ago and there was no sign of either the boat or Ayame.
