 I haven't posted a Totally Trivial Pet Peeve of the Day in a long time, but thought of one this week.  Actually, this one could be a Totally Trashy or perhaps Trashily Trivial...

But whatever you call it, why is it that when a service comes in to clean the office, they can NEVER seem to put the wastebaskets back where they found them?

My biggest office cleaning service pet peeve was from my last job: There was ONE mensroom and ONE ladiesroom for the ENTIRE CALL CENTER.

not the end of the world, but almost DAILY the woman who cleaned would put a sign up on the men's room door and take upwards of an hour to mop it or whatever.

In a call center, where things are scheduled. like bathroom breaks. Did I mention there was no other restrooms nearby?

I think this came to an end when the head of the office had to use the restroom and said "Screw this I'm going in"

And since (I assume) it's a 24-hour call center, there's no such thing as asking them to clean "after hours."

Boss had a good plan. :)
