So NKorea called our bluff and tested the nuke......some say it's a bluff because the seismic activity was not as large as it should be, the seismic activity should have been much greater than it was for a plutonium atomic bomb, according to the Harvard Atomic Proliferation Program.

Either way, scary times.....
