Today hasn't been a good food eating day as I have lots to do since my mom is on bedrest for the next six weeks.
Snacks: trail mix, 1 japanese deviled egg ( homemade) and a sample of edamame hummus (homemade)
Lunch: stagg vegetarian chili with grated cheese, 2 portions. The chili was super tasty, will be taking the last of it for lunch tomorrow.

Hopefully tonight we will be going out for japanese or I will be cooking some sort of fish.
