Anniversary Gift!

Today is our one-year anniversary. I can't believe it! It doesn't feel at all like it was a year ago we got married, but at the same time, it feels like we've been together forever.

I was wondering what he was going to get me (because he's him, and always remembers these things), and I have to say, this is the best anniversary gift I could've ever

How are you dealing with being apart on the anniversary? I'm just curious because my husband will be gone on our 1 year wedding anniversary as well.

Well, I didn't have that much of a hard time with it. When this whole deployment began, I promised myself that I would try my best not to get down. I just focused on how much he loved me, and how we'll be together again soon.

And besides, after this deployment he's mine forever. :)

thats good that you got through it okay, I think that I'll be the same way. I know people who would take it bad but I just remember that we have the rest of our lives to celebrate anniversaries. Youre lucky that this is your husband's last deployment!
