 A few days ago I was perusing the nearby thrift store when I spotted two nearly new springform pans (the ones with the removable sides used for cheesecakes). I looked up several ideas for what to use them for, and lo.

Way to take a page from my book!

I use spring form pans for the same thing!

Hell, I even have that same glass dessert tray and cover!

These ones turned out a little heavy on the crust, but this is definitely an awesome way to do pizza. I've never really messed around with spring form pans before so I'm looking forward to more experiments this summer.

The dessert tray is a lot of fun to have around, but I haven't baked anything fancy in a while so it's just been sitting around looking empty. Thus the giant pile of cookies.
