I'm really into these meme things lately.

Start off by picking your 10 fave recording artists without looking at the questions behind the cut. (In no particular order for me.)

01. Jamiroquai
02. Belle & Sebastian
03. Pixies
04. GLAY
05. Ladytron
06. David Bowie
07. The Smiths
08. Arctic Monkeys
09. Franz Ferdinand
10. The Strokes

Q. What was the first song you ever heard by #2?
The very first song I heard by B&S would be... Dear Catastrophe Waitress, I bet.

Q: What is your favourite album of #6?
Haha, I was just talking about this with Tom. I don't have a favorite, but I like "Heroes."

Q: What is your favourite Lyric of #7?
Hmm... "Good times for a change. See the luck I've had can make a good man turn bad. So please please please, let me get what I want this time." from Please, Please, Please, Let Me Get What I Want.

Q: What is your favourite song by #9?
OH man. I looove Franz Ferdinand. I think my favorite song would be...This Fire or Cheating On You. Those are way cool and remind me of when I saw them live.

Q: Is there a song of #1 that makes you sad?
Well... Falling makes me kind of sad because it reminds me of unrequited love and a certain somebody I had feelings for at one point while also thinking he would never ever like me back. (I was wrong though, yay.)

Q: What is your favourite song by #8?
This is no contest! My hands-down favorite song by Arctic Monkeys is A Certain Romance because it's so witty and true.

Q: What is your favourite song by #10?
I love Reptilia because it reminds me of two people I love.

Q: What is your favourite album by #8?
Their first.

Q: How did you get into #5?
I heard them on the soundtrack for the movie Party Monster and liked that song Seventeen.

Q: What is your favourite song by #4?
Wow, I don't think I have a single favorite. I really love Itsuka and pretty much ANYTHING from their ONE LOVE album.

Q: Who is your favourite band member of #1?
Hah, I have to go with front-man Jay Kay.

Q: What is a good memory concerning #4?
Hm, anything by GLAY has happy memories with it. They're really way too many. I just remember the summer and being just happy without worries.

Q: What does #9 remind you of?
It reminds me of going to Chicago with my dad, having a great time. Also Tara & Jon for some reason, since they both like Franz too.

Q: Is there a song by #3 that makes you sad?
Hmmm... No, Pixies songs NEVER make me sad, haha.

Q: What is your favourite song of #1?
Oh, don't do this to me! I think my favorite song is... Space Cowboy, I just love that one.

Q: How did you become a fan of #7?
I grew up on The Smiths, man.

Q. What do you like to do while listening to #6?
I don't think there's a certain thing I like to do, possibly just sit there and sing along. I like to shower when I listen to David Bowie, I guess.

Q. Which of the 10 has influenced you the most?
Hmmm... Jamiroquai has been one of my favorite bands for a long, long time. But GLAY really played a part in my teenage years, making me outcast-ish and such, haha. I don't know.

Q. Which artist makes you the most happy?
Jamiroquai & GLAY always always always make me happy. ALWAYS.

Q. Which artist makes you the most sad?
Belle & Sebastian for sure. Some of their songs and even just the melodies are sad.

Q. Which artist makes the best dance music?
Jamiroquai for sure.

Q. Which artist have you liked the longest?
I grew up on The Smiths, Bowie, & Pixies, but I feel like Jamiroquai was the first band I ever really took an individual interest in. I've liked them since I was in primary school (4th grade).

Q. Which artist have you liked the shortest?
Ladytron, 'prolly.

Q. Are there any artists you will still be listening to in 20 years?
All of them, I don't see why my love for any of these would stop in twenty years.

Q. What are you listening to now?
Hah, I'm listening to Jamiroquai right now since I've been listneing to the soundtrack for Planet Terror WAY TOO MUCH lately, haha.
