Rubber duckies
I have always been a fan of little yellow rubber ducks. I used to have one sitting in my shower at the house in Dahlonega. For some reason it got lost on the way over here. A fatboy, a book, and two Americans
Finally, today came the DHL truck and brought my red fatboy and the newest Harry Potter book right to my door. This fatboy is really excellent and sooooo comfy. This is going to be my seat of choice for the next couple of months as I study for my final exams in September. Going home
Yeah! I am going home today. After class, I will get aboard the train to Berlin and then home. I can't wait. Tonight, I will got out to eat with my parents. We will have some great currywurst!!!! Yummy.
Well, gotta get ready school. Dry hair, put on make-up .....

No brain pic for Evil
Well, I did not get to go into the scanner tonight. Sadly, my orthodontist fixated my teeth with a metal wire on the inside of my top and bottom front teeth after the braces were taken off earlier this year. The MRI technician did not want to take a chance on the wire to heat and deform. Yeah, I guess I would not have liked this either. The tattoo ( Read more... ) -
fMRI
For tonight our psychophysiology class was invited to check out an fMRI with the neurology department at the University Hospital. One person actually gets (actually either me or one other student) to be in the scanner to get a functional brain scan done. I hope I get to go in. That would be seriously exciting. I am just watching a CNN program on blogging. It is really neat to hear about this now massive way of communication in our world. I am just so used to having access to the internet 24/7 at my apartment that it seem strange to think that almost 70% of Africans have not even made one phone call in their lives. Sarah!!!
What wonderful news I got this morning when I logged into livejournal. Sarah is going to come for a visit in July. I am sooo very excited to see her in about five weeks from now.
