Quiet music should be played loud:
Over the Rhine -
Hush now (Stella's Tarantella)Over the Rhine -
Bluer --> slivers of duet with our man Linford! (he is too soft & quiet & rumbling in the dark)
Over the Rhine -
Who will guard the doorOver the Rhine -
My funny valentineToday there skirts & skates a timid chill in the air. Yesterday and the day

Souse have their mp3 sampler here, hosted momentarily so that people won't have to go through the tedium of sign-up for low-quality-encoded music, but the music itself is quite good. Worth a download and listen :)
Art musee and chocolat. Not bad! Now, with cam one goes in and shares with the her friends photographs of these poignant and neat exhibitions, it is all good.
I like your poetic prose paragraph perfectly. Alliteration, very clever ;)

After a three (two, skip one, then continue) day return to cycling, today will find me in bed with the 3 Ms (movies music mmmbooks) and dreaming, thinking. Of you. There is the smell of baking in the kitchen, so with good smells I follow. Into dreamtime.

The album is yours for the taking. In fact, as I have two of them (and those I know interested in OtR already have their own proper copies or were burnt CDs), I've tossed one into the Chicago-bound box. Which one day may actually be posted.
In the meantime:

If you want the remaining tracks e-mailed to you, say the word and it's done.
Generally, I avoid reviews. Like tea. This and this, however, were brought to my attention. I can't decide what I think. Mellow, certainly. Huh. I too miss 'Eve', yet I don't know about the suburbs.

I love that you're so emo passionate about this. ;)
I often am the one who most enjoys the performance. Rach, for example, laughed when I told her I googled Souse. Either I am quite indiscriminate about talent (about which I know nothing, by the way) or I really enjoy live music. Again, I am often standing and waiting with the small handful wanting to buy CDs (read: demos) and like merchandise after the show ( ... )

The trinkets include the clip-whose-proper-and-much-neater-name-I-forget, yes? Because you cannot tease a girl like that. I'm sure I'll find a grand & noble or somesuch use for it. <3
it was, to say the least - an adventure
You have more and better stories than do I. :) The point is, I do not remember not liking any band (heard live), ever. Which...is really saying something, when I think of what others have thought afterwards. 1979 is the wrong year, entirely. ;) And on the subject of t-shirts, I negotiated an Outrageous Orange advert for myself at the time of demo-purchasing. It's unfair--to the band--that I got it for 'free', when I only ever wear it for pyjamas. But. Can you blame me?
Nan. Oh, good -- or else. Not really. Isn't Kaiser awesome, though? That particular torture mechanism was imagined & executed by the sister; I merely primped him for the rest of the ( ... )
