New, and maybe improved

Hermiting is fun.
I have painted my nails with an obnoxious pink color, talked to three people on the phone, and found new music to listen to all in three hours. Plus ate half a tub of cream cheese frosting.
I should definitely do this more often.

Tonight's the most fun I've had in ages.
I'm alive and breathing again, thank you for friends who make you laugh until your guts want to spill out. Thank you for summer nights, a time where the burden of life does not lie upon your shoulders.
New job, same franchised company, gonna do my best to make things work.

Lesson learned: There comes a point in life where the past is irrelevant, and the future is distant and somewhat hopeless. All you can do is scrutinize the present and feel a cazillion things: passion, love, heartache, anger, temptation...the present can entertain you for hours.
