So I had my last ultrasound today! I was supposed to have one more next month, but the doctor said everything was looking really good and that I don’t need anymore. Whoo hooo…. Knitting is not "nerdy". Errrrr....

I started some more socks last night with the new Tornado sock yarn by Storm Moon Knits! I love this yarn! It’s so soft and squishy to knit with, and the colors are amazing! It reminded me of lizards for some reason, so hence the name, Lizard Socks. It’s just a basic sock pattern, nothing fancy. I was going to knit up the Jaywalker socks, but I ( Read more... )

Yay! I finished the socks! They turned out great! The yarn was fun to use, but not my favorite to knit with. I prefer a softer, more squishier sock yarn and this just wasn’t it. My all time favorite sock yarn would have to be Jitterbug! It’s so incredibly nice to knit with.

I just updated the cupcake stitch markers in the shop. I changed a few of the set and redid all the photography for them. Plus, a few new stitch markers and a pair of earings were added!

I’ve been working on the socks off and on all day. I’ve finished the heel flap, turning the heel and now on to the foot base. Whew! Doesn’t look like a lot has been made, but my fingers are getting sore. I’m going to cast on the next sock to match the point I left off on the other one now. I think I will finish these for sure!
