See, this is what I was telling everyone to do - instead of bitching about school dance policies and then buying tickets anyway (thus supporting it) they should just organize an alternate activity. If I was the kind of person who liked dances I'd definitly go to this, but I can neither dance nor ice-skate.

But, yeah, freak dancing on ice skates seems REALLY dumb...ever since that scene in buffy where she slashed the guys throat with her ice skates, I've been very nervous about doing anything much on ice-skates.
