Even though I am sure the whoe car thing is royally pissing you off... just remember, you DO have a lot to be thankful for.
You have a college education, a job, Lee, Roxy, a place to call home, so as hard as it is to deal with the complete annoyances of insurance companies, things will get better and life will be back to normal soon.
