I just saw Batman Begins. It's tradition that for my dad's birthday I take him to a movie, and that was the one he picked this year. I reallly really liked it, which surprised me because I remember not being at all interested in seeing it after I saw the previews.

It's tuesday but it doesn't feel that way. I didn't get a weekend because I was doing this dog training thing for my work all weekend. The one break that I did get was when I got off work a bit early on Friday to go to my friends' wedding. A dog bit me at work today while I was trimming her nails. I was being real careful and only tipping the nails, too, so it was totally unexpected.

My 4th of July was boring.

Tuesday I went to the Lifehouse concert with Jen. We had a good time and the location was good. It was in this little dinky building (same one I saw Future Leaders of America and Shinedown in) which is cool because you get to be right in front of the stage very close to where the band is. Roxy and I went to a dog show yesterday at the Puyallup Fairgrounds. We met several other huskies and I bought Roxy a purple backpack. Today I've been working on sewing a UW husky patch on it, and it looks pretty good.

Oh, and I took Roxy for her first swim earlier this week. She thought the water and the ducks were interesting.

Yesterday Roxy and I met up with furtech & Frieda and calicougar & Cody at a local dog park for an hour after I was done with work. It was Roxy's first time at a dog park, and boy, she had a blast! Work was alright today. There was a strange lady there. It was her first day, and ummm...I thought she was kinda odd, and not all that bright. Well, when I came back from my lunch break she was gone. Just got back in from San Francisco. The weather held up pretty nice for us while we were there. Robogames was fun...lotsa good fights as always. We only won two matches, but that's ok. We lost to The Big B, no shame in that, it's a really nice wedge with an excellent driver. Anyway, I'm exhausted so I'm headed off to bed.
