Oh yes. Love can break all boundaries and release us from a cold prison, but at what cost? Dartz has sacrificed his freedom for us, and I do think that he is doing a noble thing. At first, I was skeptical, but now that I know that Dartz is indeed in love with her as well, then the price isn't as high. I just hope that together, they can find the stone to release him from the curse that he has mentioned so he can be free to stay with her for eternity.

Dartz has mentioned that he has fallen in love with her, and that her feelings for him isn't in vain. I'm glad for that. It's this love that has kept her at bay and the game's hold is slipping away.

As far as Ziggy-boy is concerned, well, he's vulnerable. I have known him when he was very young and he latches on to anyone that shows any affection to him. He's starving for attention mainly because his mother never have him any. He wants so much to be loved, and he will go to anyone that shows anything remotely close to it.

True, it's uncanny that we think so much alike. Dartz made his decision based off of what he knows. His wisdom spans far greater than I can fathom.

Zigfried can handle ridicule and rejection, but he needs to know the truth even if it means that it will cause a temporary rift in the friendship. He will learn to forgive if he takes it too hard. But keeping it bottled up isn't going to help the friendship either. I have told Atem how I felt. I still have yet to talk to Ziggy-boy. *sighs*

Hmm. Zigfried is fragile, but at the same time strong. I haven't talked to him lately, mostly because I am at a loss for words about his medical problems. I am scared telling him what could be a very harsh opinion after not talking for so long could damage him. But if he asks me to speak my mind, I will do just that.
