*smiles as he stands up from his seat to pull the rug towards the center of the room, then walks over to the closet to pull out the three large candles and some oils out of the small drawer, lighting the candles and setting them on the tables. He then pours the oils in a small burner, mixing just the right amount of each oils and sets the burner on top of the flame on the center candle* There, now that's set. *puts his hands on his hips to make sure that everything is set* Okay, now get into something comfortable, und I'll get changed. *blinks slowly as he watches Zigfried go out the door* {thinks: I wasn't expecting a whole ensemble.... Can't he just explain it to me verbally?} *turns and walks to his suitcase and pulls out his dark purple pajamas*

*knocks on the door about five minutes later and opens it slowly, but not all the way* Are you dressed?

*was just starting to button his shirt, but as the empty looks returns to his eyes, hius motivation starts to fade, and he leves his shirt open* Yes, I'm dressed... I guess.

*looks at Malik's eyes after he looked at Malik's six pack then back to his eyes* Well, at least your comfortable. *feels slightly silly, but looks comfortable wearing yellow pajama pants and a white t-shirt, his hair pulled back in a loose ponytail* I'm ready when you are. *smiles brightly*

*looks confused* What do you mean? I don't know what to do.

I'll show you. Here. *walks over to the rug and begins to sit down cross legged, then pats the spot next to Malik* Come. This is the first step in meditation. Learning how to relax. *smiles warmly*

*smiles* I'll show you how. *takes a deep breath, allowing his body to relax as he breathes in the sweet scents of the oils* It's just a matter of learning what makes you relax. Breathing is the key, then the control comes next. *speaking softly*

*follows Zigfried's example and takes a large breath, feeling his body relax, but not completely*

*sensing that Malik is still tense, he decides to message his shoulders, speaking softly* This techinique is best used in the woods, but it's too cold for that due to the season. Think of the things that make you happy und use that as your focal point.

*closes his eyes and lets out a breath, immedietly relaxes under Zigfried's hands* That... That feels good...

*smiles warmly, feeling Malik relax and feeling good knowing that Malik feels good, speaking in the same soft voice that he's used since he started* I'm going to teach you how to let go of the negative und focus on the positive.

*from behind, Zigfried meets Malik's eyes, sensing his pessimism, wanting to chastise but refrains from harsh words* Now now, don't think that way. *smiles, keeping his voice soft*
