Had these requested so here they are. Done in PS 7

Okay, the Captain Jack icon first. I take my first base
And do like so
Crop down to 100x100. Duplicate the base 3 times. Set the first one(the one just above the base) to Screen 100%. The next one Screen 78% and desaturate. The third one set to Overlay 57% and desaturate. Sharpen as needed.
#303B62 set to Exclusion 100%
#EEF4DO Set to Soft Light 100%
#89E6FD Set to Color Burn 100%
#FEA6A8 set to Soft Light 100%
The duplicate the base, drag it to the top, desaturate and set to Overlay 58%
Then I took my second picture
Duplicate the base once and set it to Screen 100% and sharpen it if needed.
Exclusion 100%
Color Burn 100%
Soft Light 100%
Duplicate the base again, drag it up to the top, desaturate it, and set it to Overlay 67%
Merge the layers on both of your pictures.
Next I took this base from aino_hanako
And I drug my first picture on top of it and erased away the edges of the picture
Then I did the same with my second picture and positioned it behind the first one.
Then on the right side of the icon I added some tiny text with a brush that was most likely from amethystia But I'm not certain as its been a while since I made this icon.
Next I took this red blob from sanami276
and set it to Screen 100%
Finally I took this texture from trash_graphics
And set it to Darken 43%
And there it is:

I took my base picture, cropped it down and all that. Sharpen as needed. I then added a curves adjustment layer and lightened it up some. I'm not going to post my setting because they won't work on every picture and its good to just mess around with it yourself and just find what you like :)
Then I added a Hue/Saturation Adjustment layer and bumped the Saturation up a bit. Again, just mess around with it until you find a coloring that you like.
Next I added these two colors
#0B1535 set to Exclusion 100%
#E2E7F9 Set to Color Burn 100%
Next I made a new layer and flood filled it with white and added a layer mask. I then took this brush from sanami276
Rotated it, and took away a bit of the white
I took this texture from aino_hanako
And set it to Over lay 76%
Next I duplicated the base, brought it up top and set it to Soft Light 86% and desaturated it.
I took this texture from unmasked_icons
After dragging it on top of everything, I gave it a motion blur and added a layer mask.
using this brush from meleada
I took away the part of the texture that was covering Brett.
Then I took this brush from aino_hanako
I applied it in black and then duplicated the layer
Then I took this texture from ??? flipped it horizontal and set it to screen and then duplicate that layer.
Next I added my text in the Will&Grace font at 16pt. I rotated it and then I went to that T with the arch underneath it
and...I don't remember exactely what settings I used, but this is what I did:
Finally I took that light texture again that I just used and det it on top of everything and set it to Screen, erasing the parts that covered him too much.
And there it is =)
