I'm seriously considering taking an extra course in my winter semester, which would technically make me a full time student. I don't believe it matters, but I was enrolled as part time. I think it's a good idea that you're going to take an extra course, and that Simon is going to see someone for his OCD.

I'm sorry you've been feeling blue :(

*hugs*

Sounds like you have some well thought-out plans.

What form does the OCD take? My cousin's adult child can barely function. I don't know what will happen with him when his dad isn't around anymore. It's sad and scary.

I hope Simon can find the help and support he needs.

He mostly has harm OCD with a bit of health OCD sprinkled in for fun. Luckily he can function in life, but I just feel for him because there's some days he has said he wishes he wasn't alive. OCD is a horrible mental illness. I feel for your cousin's adult child.

Your last sentence resonated with me especially since my husband's depression can really ruin my day and outlook on things. I hope Simon can find a professional who can challenge him in the way he can grow from.
