The Fool spots the two of them coming in together and smiles brightly. He saunters over, just barely using his stick today (though he always has it)

"Urquhart! Nobody! Hello!" He says when he's close enough. "And hello Franz too."

"What should we toast? Perhaps being safe from the knocks of the world?"

"Being safe, and sitting them out," Urquhart says. "That is a good idea."

"Unless we need them," the Fool adds. Because sometimes you need to knock someone around.

Even if they are your friends.

"True, Urquhart is better at that than I am."

[scots_wolf]

"I' just bigger and don't get knocked around as easily," Urquhart says.

There are some things that knock him around almost every time, but he won't talk about that to the Fool. Bad enough that Moist had to put up with him that one time.

Sure fine, don't tell the Fool anything. See how he feels.

"And I'm just a slight thing with a bad leg," he says with a grin.

"Of course you are, terribly innocent and nothing to be afraid of,"

Moist smirks and sips his champagne.

"As we are all, actually, mostly harmless," Urquhart says. "And quite misunderstood, most of the time."

A smile twitches onto the Fool's face but he doesn't say anything.

"Yes, we're mostly harmless."

And fortunately none of them are familiar with the works of Douglas Adams to make a comment on it.

As Moist feels no reason to hide his smile, he smirks and leans against Urquhart,

"Exactly."

Urquhart bends his head to kiss Moist.

The Fool may still think that Urquhart likes kissing boys best.

Well, yes. But he looks at the two of them and then considering their entrance decides to say, "You two are adorable!"

And then watch for reactions.

"As are you," It seems the easiest answer.

"Yes, you really are," Urquhart asks, winking at the Fool.

[forgottenmotley]

"Nah, I'm not adorable," he says modestly. "Pretty maybe, but not adorable."

He leans back with a sipping of his drink. "My last body was handsome, I think."
