Can't say I blame you.
We tried a brand new place today and we weren't terribly impressed with it either--it was crowded and the service was SLOW.
The best way I can describe the place is to say it was a jumped-up burger joint that wanted you to think it was actually a real restaurant.

The Sonic Drive-In across the street from it actually has better burgers, fries, AND chicken sandwiches and they are all cheaper.

I have generally found McD's or the King to have much better burgers than the spendy places...and far cheaper.

Finding hair in your food is the worst! One time at a Mexican restaurant I found one of those plastic pieces that are attached to tags on clothes and stuff (I think they are called tagging fasteners) in my charro beans. I was grossed out.
