A good friend of mine recently wrote in his livejournal about homophobia and how our society is homophobic as a whole. I responded to him in a mean and nasty way for only one reason...while his argument was great, he stated in it that gay people "choose" to be gay. This upset me in more ways then you can imagine, my friend being such a hypocrite

I missed a key word in here... "not" So, it should read, although they are "not" choosing to be gay, etc. etc.

idano victor.. reading kellen's entry over again makes it seem a lot more different from the way you see it. i could be wrong, i haven't heard anything from kellen but i think you took his words the wrong way. i won't go into it any more in depth cause i don't know either of your perspectives at a clear standpoint.

Get over it. There isn't any point in arguing about this because everybody has their own opinion in this matter. For example, that one guy Kellen stated his opinion clearly and powerfully. Victor stated his opinion "against" Kellens statement and now this is turning into a huge arguement. It's great to be hearing people stand up for the wrongness of homophobia, but to argue about it is just foolish. My advice, act mature kids.
