Aw not seen Sarah Ward in ages! Hope she's alright and not still stuck at the housing advice centre :(

She is all good, we were talking on saturday about how we found out that you knew me and vise versa??? i can't remember how though??? She is still at housing advice place she seems to be happy enough and has a plan of buying a house.
