First day of vacation...
So....yeah...um....at about 5:20pm to day, about 10 mins before I got to leave for my vacation of cleaning and organizing the house, a fire broke out in our embroidery department. Yes, with actual flames--big ones.
A customer pointed out smoke to me and I went running over, stupidly without a fire extinguisher, to find a rather good sized fire ( Read more... ) -

Tooth is fixed. It feels funny. Doc said that the reason it broke is because it was mostly all filling and no tooth left - like an egg shell. So over time, it develops a hairline crack and then ooops. Out falls out half my tooth ( Read more... ) -

Annnnnd.....cracked another molar. I have kitties sleeping on my bed. Today was supposed to be a highly organized day of doing stuff...
Naturally, I am not doing any of it.

Say Goodbye
Well, At least I was lucky to see her when I did. I got a phone call this evening telling me that my friend Jeanne passed away Monday night, the day after I went to see her for the last time. I didn't think she'd make passed the week so I was prepared for the news ( Read more... )
