Well...don't think of flying as just 'being up high'. Because when you're up in the air, it's like you're free. There aren't any limits, and you can go anywhere you want. So try thinking of like that? I mean, it helped me out, so maybe it would do the same for you...or something.

Flying's a lot of fun. You just need to get some more experience. One of my friends wasn't too happy riding Appa at first, but she got used to it after a while. Just make sure you get a really big one to fly you around, so you can't see over the edges as easily.

Um... Maybe if your Pokemon has a good sense of direction, you could just close your eyes? Or have a friend help you steer?

I would recommend a Pokémon that is both large and stable, instead of one as small as a Delibird. I would also recommend nice, deeeeeeep breaths.
