I am just curious as to why you added me, so if you don't mind, I am asking.

And, yes, I really am a nice guy, and very passionnate about some things, as I am sure you will find over time.

Hi Mr. Mateo,
It was your stance on the death penalty. I am pro-death penalty, but people fault me for it. My reasons are valid. When I was 7, my mom's stalker broke in, stabbed her to death and tried to murder me and my 4 year old sister.
I'm still dealing with the case.
Would you believe that?

Oh, my God. My God. I am so sorry. I am sure you have had to deal with that for a lifetime.

And what do you mean you are still dealing with it? The bastard is still alive, fouling our air? That's a crime in and of itself.

I have a death penalty group, executekillers. I am going to invite you to join, as the membership is screened.

And anyone who has a problem with you for being in favor of the execution of remorseless killers has some issues of their own. It is best to avoid them, because it shows their apathy for crime victims.

Finally, thanks for your call. I was definitely not expecting it, and I really appreciated it.

There really is an apathy for crime victims. I thought I would puke at the outpouring of sympathy for Tookie Williams. I even wrote a letter to the editor at our paper and they published it. No one even knew about the victims ( ... )
