Looks like it has stopped raining.

Was feeling really depressed last night, due to a combination of tiredness, working late and rain. Maybe I burnt myself out being overly perky on the weekend. I was ready to get angry at so many things last night, but the tiredness was dragging me down. An early night is probably what I need tonight.

I've had really bad RSI all of last week, but it seems to have died down a bit over the weekend. Really sharp stabbing pains up the forearm followed by a dull throbbing pain... Nasty. Have started using the mouse with my left hand.

Anyway, enough of that.

Slept really badly last night. I must've woken up at least five times last night convinced (in my sleepy state) that something was either crawling up the walls or flying around my room... and of course, I had to turn the light on each time to get my brain to understand that there was nothing there ( Read more... )

Hopefully we'll be getting our internet connection this afternoon, along with Cable TV. It's crazy that I haven't lived in a house with an internet connection for about 7 years (going back to living in my parents house...). Will be a nice luxury. I can get my Xbox connected too... finally. All wireless-ed up.

So, I finally moved into my new place last night. My room is looking like a complete bomb-site. I had this great plan to slowly go through my stuff and throw away any old junk that I wouldn't be needing anymore, but somewhere along the line it kinda just turned into a quick dash to fill my car with as much stuff as possible and haul it over there ( Read more... )

I'm heading off to Canada for a week on Sunday. My flight leaves mid-afternoon, so I hopefully wont be in too much of a hurry. Should be pretty good. I'll be glad to get away from work for a while and just generally relax a bit ( Read more... )

Okay, so I've finally sorted out moving into a different place. In early July I'll be back to sharing a house again. Much cheaper rent and it'll finally mean I can afford to get, a phone line, an internet connection and Sky TV. Plus, the house is (obviously) bigger than my current flat with a garden ( Read more... )

I woke up this morning at 7am and noticed my alarm clock was off, along with my Stereo. At first I assumed the power had gone off, so I got out of bed and looked in the living room, but the power seemed okay in there. Hopefully that car incident should all be sorted out now through my insurance company.

Anyhow, looking at a new house on Wednesday. Apparently it's quite nice. Will be good to start sharing again. Cheaper rent, bills split and it will mean I can finally get an internet connection and Sky... :)
